Graduation!!! Call me "Masta!"

Today I graduated from the U of U with my Master's in Speech Language Pathology! It's been a long two years which at times I thought I would never make it to this day. I am so proud of my classmates. We worked so hard, put in countless hours of work and effort, and we are finally DONE! Get out there and celebrate the best way you know how! We deserve it!

Alan and I are first time homeowners! We signed the closing papers on our condo this afternoon and get the keys officially tomorrow!

Things are really starting to come together and we are so excited to start the next part of our lives together :)

feeeeeel the burn!

Here's my workout from today.. had to get a quick trip into the gym so I decided on an interval workout on the treadmill.. here's how it went:

This was a burner, I loved it! I totally made it up as I went along, but that's what kept it interesting and made the time flew by! It turned out to be just over 3 miles and a whopping 400+ calorie burner!

I followed this cardio workout with one of "Tone it Up's" bikini blast workouts seen here!

Just a lil' vent session...

I've applied to I don't even know how many jobs! 10, 20, 30 maybe?

I haven't heard back about one position. I've now stopped looking for CFY positions and am just applying for full-fledged SLP positions regardless of criteria they are looking for.

Hoping, crossing my fingers, saying prayers that something in the medical field opens up for me in SLC!

I'm almost done at IMC in Acute Neuro rehab and SO looking forward to my next placement at PCMC! I can't wait to be with lil' kiddos and professionals I know everyday!

I've been fortunate to have some of the most interesting patients and experiences during my fieldwork. I wouldn't have wanted it any other way!

Keep your fingers crossed for me! I'll be sure to keep you all posted!

This is a must do spa experience! Had such a great day with my mom :)

Quiet, laid back, private, relaxing. Everything a spa day should be!

I highly recommend it! And, it's so worth the drive to Bountiful from SLC.
